Hey Baby, Nice Globes.
The Globes are tonight! The Globes are tonight! It must be Sunday...but it's Monday. What up with that? I'm already discombobulated with the 24-hour 40-degree temperature plummet, and that extra second we had on New Year's Eve. But anyway, some of us got together for a highly unscientific Globes Prediction Survey. Here, then, are our disclaimers:
Lauren: I haven't seen The Constant Gardener. I would pick Munich,
Eric Bana, Arrested Development, Michael Cera, Veronica Mars, and Enrico
Colantoni as most deserving to win had they been nominated. (And I only put 'should' wins when I felt strongly enough about something or had seen all of the nominees.)
Michelle: I also haven't seen most of the movies on the list, but I'm not sure that matters at this point.
Iris: Keep in mind that I have not seen any of these movies or TV shows (with the exception of Lost and Everybody Hates Chris). I pulled all these predictions out of my--um--hat.
Click here for the predictions page, based on the list found on the Globes page. Follow along tonight!
I heard it was moved to Monday so it wouldn't have to compete with Desperate Housewives. That is sad.

Mad props to Hugh Laurie! And why was Pam Anderson wearing her "globes" in a snugli?
